Intense cherry and spice in the nose. Same on the palate but more intense. Nice staining finish. Bought from Fass Selections.

Moderate ruby violet. Aromas of black cherry, anise, and violets. Medium bodied and fruity on the palate with high acid, low tannins, and 14% alcohol leading to a sour cherry finish. It worked well paired with a Stromboli, but its food friendly acidity is a bit harsh for casual drinking.
