I really want to try this 2011 again a year or two down the road... It was good, but seemed edgy/tight.

I was impressed how well this 15 year old has held up. I’ve got a few more to indulge in before too long. No point in not enjoying while they’re still tasting wonderful.

5. More fruit despite some age. Feels like ca cab. Silk. great fruit with blackberry and chocolate notes. Finish is smooth. Revisit: nose is grilled meat and tea. Palette is all earth and spice. Has some age. Finish still smooth.
