Very bristly, red currants, plums, toasted vanilla and cedar, underbrush, green bell pepper. Drying on the palate, very nice acidity.

Celebratory dinner at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, New York for my work promotion. Excellent choice to pair with sirloin steak au poivre with mashed potatoes, turnips and asparagus. Beautiful bouquet and excellent flavor profile that opened up nicely!
