Holy wow! Huge and structured Cab/blend. Super complex, it was tight and acid forward upon opening. It softened into a wonderful and delicious dinner bottle. A lot going on here: fresh baked brownies and anise with oak spice at first glance. Further open time revealed blackberry and savory herbs. Could have gone another decade!

Rich ripe black fruits and cassis, weighty and with a wild herbal note this wine packs an elegant punch where cigar box and toast linger. Some farmyard and meaty savoury aromas and flavours are coming through beautifully following bottle ageing.
