After cooking most of the day, this was calling. One of my favorite Barolo producers. Double decanted. It was everything it’s cracked up to be. Elegant. Complex. Easy and suggestive. Just a pleasure.

A beautiful wine that is consistent with the many notes posted from the prior case opened. Still very youthful that will have a long life ahead.
