Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle Prié Blanc

Good stuff

This is so pure. Like drinking polished white marble

Lean and really nervy. Very similar in style to Chablis without the extreme chalkiness

Stoney stream water.

Nose like Sauvignon Blanc. Flavor is citrus followed by lemon finish. An inoffensive wine, but not interesting or special, and overpriced. My first and only Prie Blanc.

Nutty, sweet grass, lemon, rocks, salt. Like alpine Sauv Blanc
