Pale coral color. Aromas of red berries with slight floral lift. Slightly herbaceous on the palate. A Weygandt selection made from 100% Gamay. 13.5% ABV.

A wild fox in a forest of red berries. The aromas are red red fruit with feral wild yeast notes. This is confirmed on a palate of cold red berries and wild herbs. A more cerebral rose than most. $18 retail.

A little soft, and lacking the freshness and acidity I would have expected. Not a fan of the frosted bottle either.

Very flavorful, reminds me of strawberries in taste and in color. Would be great to bring to a summer party!

This was my first Gamay rose. It was pleasant but not inspired.
