A dense and chewy Clos De Vougeot. Black cherry, underbrush, damp soil and truffle. The fruit came through with some coaxing but it is very reluctant. It’s either a hold or a never will be.

Young, in its first stage. Drinkable, but young. I like older more mature burgundies. Should try in 5 years.
