Rich Lemon in colour. Aromas of Lemon cream and honeycomb. On the palate seamless - Fruit Oak and Acid all melded together at 13 years. Good Extract. A brilliant aged white Burgundy.

A mature white burgundy at its peak. Lemon cream and minerally with a long persistent finish. Beautiful. 2005 vintage.

Brilliant wine. Notes of Lemon cream with some mineral. Rich, full and long. Showing its Grand Cru status in spades. Also from a good vintage. 18.5.

Never disappointing. 2005 has delicious balanced flavors of creme brûlée, green apple skin, and delicate oak. A classic white burgundy, 70s tunes, fresh, summer dinner in the garden, laughing with good friends. A blessed night.

I believe this is the last bottle of a 3 pack we acquired several years ago. This is the best showing yet. Decanted for an hour which I recommend. So deep and amber in the glass. Quite full and intense, with nice white fruit and flowers and some secondary notes. Salinity starts early and carries throughout the long finish. Very nice with some cod poached in coconut milk.

A treat. Definitely needs a solid hour to open up - bit too much malo character at first. But with a bit of time, excellent character and a beautifully integrated palate. Just an excellent grand cru with wonderful depth and intensity.
