Clean and lean; like a quiet statue.., no frills, easy to drink as it's austere yet refreshing. Fleshy enough to play with food. I tend to like leaner Pfalz spatburgunder rosés, and this very much fits the bill

Had this one with Keith & Jonnie from OPTIMO last weekend ! It RIPPED just as much as their set. Possibly the driest Rosè I've ever had...definitely one of the RADDEST !
