From taste: very toasty nose, but balanced with chiseled notes of lemon oil, yellow apple and wet, stoney air, sweet and fresh at once. Lookin good! Great concentration, full mouth with lovely spiced apples, and toast, plenty of power and seductive appeal. I'd have liked more definition that higher acid would bring, but you'd sacrifice it's intense sappy fruit expression. Leaves a lingering, lush aftertaste, it is indeed quite good...
