Rich yet focused. I want to call it polished, but there's no makeup here. Floral, red and black berries with crushed stone. It finished on dried fruits with brisk acidity, violet florals and a hint of tannin.

A steak wine that needs to breathe longer than the time I had available. Beautiful Carignan with strong cherry aroma. Slightly sweet berry flavored wine. Leave it out an hour and drink with steak. Probably could use 3 more years in the bottle.
