I love this! It goes with everything. Ultra precise acidity, a savory thread underneath it all, and afterburner minerality for days

Fermentation with skin contact gives a light golden color. Grapefruit and floral notes on the nose. Citrus rind on the palate. Dry with zippy acidity, nice minerality, and some phenolic bitterness. Pax Mahle's "orange wine" went well with Grilled Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos.
