All cherries to cherry cola to start. As you decant it, dark raspberries and nice soft baking spices.

Classic SRHPN. Lean, stemmy, lighter side. Cherry, cranberry, earth, pine, cinnamon, subtle french barrel usage, transparent palate. Definitely some whole cluster in there. Good stuff. A steal at Costco for $22. Looking forward to trying it again tonight.

Crimson color, decent fruit but lightweight soft style, some tannic grip but not much. I prefer the estate version of Melville's Pinot (which is well worth the extra $5).

A bit light for me, very smooth.

I learned after the first bottle this big California Pinot needs at least an hour's decanting before it hits your lips. Much more well-balanced with excellent earth and cherry notes.

Extremely light, even for a Pinot. Raspberry and mineral. A bit bitter on the finish. This is definitely a food wine. Nicely done
