Very tannic on first opening but what can one say... The atmosphere is causing me to give it a higher rating than I should perhaps? Earth at hidden pond!

Tight and simple once open, quite rude and rustic but originally coherent: cherries, herbs, tobacco and briar on day three, medium body, square-formed, acidic but fruity - similar to a kind of regional Bourgogne pinot, easy and pleasant drinking even if without complexity
