Take two for me with this wine as I accidentally froze and blew the top off my first attempt over New Years. Very nice growers blend of around 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chard. The juice from this NV comes from 06' and 07' and was on the lees for around 8-9 years. Very dry yet round and balanced wine with yeasty biscuit notes and apple. I suspect blind this would fair well tasting against some nice (and super expensive) offerings from the big houses. Big QPR.

This had plenty of time on the lees (7 or 8 years), but I wanted more complexity. After an hour it revealed pretty green apple and bready notes.
