First night was tight with lighter strawberry and cherry notes with some green bites and spice. Second was amazing. More dark cherries, spices and nice line of acidity to balance. Wonderful smooth tannins. This was a delight, and likely better in a couple years.

Strawberry, light cherry, flowers, bright acidity, earthiness to balance. Great with food, better as the hours went on.

Love this juice! Checked in on it tonight after a year since our last.

Appearance: Medium light body, deep garnet with very light opacity

Nose: Fresh strawberries and hibiscus, very flowery

Taste: Rose and bunches of flowers, strawberry juice, some savory meatiness. Lively and so well balanced, this has integrated well over the past year.

Beautifully balanced and likely still a couple of years from hitting its stride, although it is great now and I would not hesitate to check in on one if you have a few to spare. We love the brooding but balanced feel of this wine - one of our first, and favorite, Patty Greens.

Warmer notes that I was expecting in this single-vineyard and single-clone wine, but still with that Oregon acidity and slight roughness that I'd like to test in a few years.

Damn good. Pale garnet consistent throughout; not a lot on the nose with a lower alcohol, but rosy and light woodiness; taste is full on blooming roses and hibiscus with maybe some earthy mushroom and fresh strawberry juice. Looking forward to tasting this as it evolves over our remaining 5 bottles.

This exquisite 2013 Freedom Hill Dijon 115 from our favorite Pinot Noir winemaker was made with 50% whole cluster fermentations. Delicious flavor, & very well balanced.
