Brett bomb . These Foillards have crazy bottle variation. I cracked a different bottle of this a couple weeks ago and it was great.

Stellar. Pithy grapefruit rind and peppery rose petals. Happy times!

A decant calmed the excess funk, then nothing but big rich gamay

Drier than expected but with crazy good iron stony finish

Delightful! Came out the bottle super fresh and deliciously fruity. So easy to drink...softened in the glass a bit.

A good example of gamay can produce. Bright red fruit, a big earthy funk, along with beautiful freshness. I could drink this every day with any meal
