Day 1. Corked. So far 3 out of 3 corked. 3 more in storage. Day 2: So I decided to save the wine and try the next day ..., and it was amazing. Floral nose, red fruit, mineral, gorgeous. Whatever taint or funk was there during the first four hours disappeared 24 hours later. Wow.
