Lots to think about. CM gives Chenin the color. Really intriguing balance between subtlety and assertiveness. Is this also due to carbonic? Something cellular involved in the process? An interesting wine to study, for sure.

Carbonic. From the Story vineyard. Silky oily texture - density without weight. Sunny orange fruits on the finish.

Pale amber. Fresh and fruity for a skin contact wine, maybe because of carbonic. Hint of smokey peat or pine resin on the nose with toffee, plenty of zesty orange and saline on the palate.
