09 vignes de hospice from guigal. Always my favorite Saint Joseph. This was still so young but beautiful nonetheless. Lots of dark fruit plus Camphor, cassis, charcoal, and dried meats on the nose. It has the nose of almost sqn in some ways (must be the 30+ months in 100% new oak)... The tannins are pure velvet and I suspect this will be even better in a few years
