Pop and pour last night. Notes from 24 hrs open, and in the fridge overnght. On the nose: wild strawberry, tar, barbecue. On the palate: lovely acidity, but inky and tarry..strawberry balsamico, more tar and still very dense, but finely grained tannin on the finish. Still very much a baby, or needs a pairing to match the tannic structure.
