I don't even know what to do here! Experts: drink or continue racking? #tobecontinued continued the saga yesterday evening, and well: safe to say this is well past its prime. This attempt was a bit of a disaster, sadly. I wonder if this would've been in its peak a few years ago. To my tastes, and how impossibly soft the cork itself has become over time, this one bottled for too long. Next time I will do my research!
