Cupo Campania Fiano

One of my all time favorites. Hints of oxidation but fully integrated into smoky, herbal richness.

Yellow core, gold rim. Intense aroma of Beeze wax, honey, acacia flower, hint of grass, white pepper on the nose. Med body, med p acid, med p intensity, complex long finish of bitterness,minerality, yellow apricot complex flavor. Drunk with antipasti della casa(cured meat, veg, cheese) , grilled bacalla with black olive. 13.5% abv
