Bright red fruit cranberry pie cherry hint of raspberry with some nice earthiness Shows some real depth that will come out better with more bottle age

Last bottle at La Tour in Vail. I'm partial to Oregon Pinot's and this doesn't disappoint. Is it wrong to use the term "funk" instead of "earthy" or "vegetable notes"? Lighter character but complex and worth the bucks. Paired with buffalo medallions and brussel sprouts with a side of foi gras. Followed by a cholesterol test and alarming result. Again, worth it.

Yes, it looks like a Jerome, but look carefully, it's a wine club exclusive, Meyer Vineyard 2012. Delicious fruit with a soft round finish.

I've loved this wine for the past 8yrs...always in my cellar...a hint of fruit and a hint of terroir. A great wine value for the price and quality.

Good but not great. Probably worth getting the step down version.
