10.5% a/v. Vanilla note in nose. Semisweet, good apple character but after tasting many dry ciders in this session. this is an outlier, like drinking apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Off dry. Tasty, a high alcohol cider that kicks strong but does not taste strong, honey fortified.
