2008 vintage. Showing some good evolution less than 10 years after harvest. Vibrant color and striking clarity. Beautiful rose bouquet with creosote. Very broad and expansive on the palate with polished tannins, burst of sour cherry, orange peel on mid palate finishing with fennel and mint. Beautiful wine with lovely brightness and high tension. This will open up tremendously after some air- I recommend trying this on the 2nd day or night. Fit to cellar for another decade, quite easily.

Le Brunate , enjoyed this 2008 along side the 2010. The '08 is getting there, the '10 needs more time but should be worth the wait.
