Magnum 2005 Domaine Armand Rousseau Clos St. Jacques Burgundy. Drank at Bouchon w the group opening weekend in Napa. Very cool to drink and was in great shape. Not super sweet or raisiny. Long finish.

Dec 21st, 2015Probably one of the best St Jaques on the planet. 05 is still not close to being ready but displaying a rust iron meaty characteristic, great spine and intensity with good grip just needs more time to show it's stuff but still showing the Rousseau pedigree.
