Feb 23rd, 20167-8 months on new french oak. Then 7 more months in bottle aged. Very bright acidity. The wood works well on this wine, rounding it out. There's a nice tension between the acid and the wood undertones. And then there's the quintessential salty minerality of the Mediterranean.
