Cherry cola, plum skin, hints of licorice. Mouth filling fruit but not as much earth as I'm used to from Oregon pinots. Still very enjoyable bottle of pinot.

Med-full bodied #WV #ORWine Pinot Noir from Soter. Candied cherry, touch of leather, med acidity with a lingering ripe raspberry finish.

I love Oregon Pinot and I really like what Soter does. A tad bitter but plenty of earthiness and fruit to help balance it out.

Sorrel, cherry, syrupy, leather, strong smell, the taste is rough and alkaline but then that goes away and acid cherry and strawberry comes in with a green grape frawn finish that rest on top with a light wood

Part of me liked the unfiltered surprise that this producer had in store for me and as in other Oregon Pinot I found a lot of that blood-like minerality mixed with hints of berries and tense acidity that feels like a light punch to your mouth from a cute and fit lady.
I would rate it higher if it were a bit more typical, but still liked it.
