Crystal clear straw yellow with green hues in the glass. Lots of mineral on the salty chalky nose with a touch of match strike. Bright lemon and lime lead the charge here but Granny Smith Apple and pear round out to finishing flavors of shortbread and toasted marshmallow that are balanced by lip smacking acidity. Finish is long and persistent.

Not too bad... Proper and correct if a not a little boring... Bought after a rather surprisingly delicious 2010 (duh) of same bottling...

Clear, bright, low density lemon yellow-green with a thin water white rim. Restrained granny smith apple, fresh cut grass, chalk dust, subtle asparagus and flint. A young, dry wine with searing but refreshing acidity. threshold bitterness balanced by medium concentration of citrus and apple fruit on the long finish. Medium plus body and medium heat (12.5%) Very good but needs more time.

Round, pleasant citrus and green apple notes, with evident minerality.

2011 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Lovely, enjoyed it’s still youthfulness of fresh citrus and minerality.

2011 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Lots of minerality and shells with lemon citrus, good acid and long finish. Lovely. Drink or hold.
