Nothing stops this from just getting younger and younger in the glass after being double decanted 4-5 hours prior. Color darkens, fruit becomes brilliant and fresh, tannins emerge. Dried roses and dark, deep red fruit, some nice wood. Nebbiolo is king. One of the best wines I've ever had!
