It tastes kind of like a candied beer. Spicy and peppery and smells like a Swiss meadowland. Lovely beer I will be buying more as gifts.

Frothy head. Flavors are sharp and woody. Barrels. Funk and smokey. Another nice Belgian.

Malty and delicious, St. Bernardus is beautiful and festive for the holiday. Smooth palate that mildly similar to walnuts. So says my sober palate.
