Aggressively tannic, could be a bad drinking window, but swirling, decanting, and leaving open 2 days didn't help. Maybe should have cellared another 5+ years?

2009. Took a few hours to open up, gain mouthfeel, and the spicy dark fruits and barrel flavors to grow in while the brett diminished. Paired well with Indian lamb curries.
