Dense with chewy tannins

2004 vintage. Intense and powerful, concentrated, slightly jammy fruit. A bit overextracted leading to a drying finish.

Thick and still quite blocky with fine noticeable tannins and a relatively monolithic center of dark fruit. It’ll be interesting to see how this develops.

A bit fat, short.

Off vintage but not for Pavie! This was showing dark cherry, blackberry, mocha, spice box, graphite, earth, leather & sweet tobacco

Red & black fruits, mocha, shoe polish, spice box, damp earth with floral & sweet tobacco notes
