First night lees impressive than two days later in Eto. First blush of purple color and bright red fruits, sour cherries, more new world than old but later it flipped. Excellent with grilled meats in either case. Interesting.

Mar 12th, 2022I should let this open up before I rate… needs to blow off some alcohol. I’m smelling some anise in there. Tart cherries. The fruit flys will be heading my way shortly. Back to the bubbly.
