Cork very crumbly, had to decant. Faded glory but still drinkable. Admittedly I hadn't taken very good care with the bottle during its life.

There's no shaking the underlying vegetal character although some like that style. The wine opens up over time and provides a decent foil for Christmas Eve prime rib. Certainly holding up well to the years
