20 years on some grey-market Chevillon Les Cailles is pretty mind blowing. I think good, nay great, Burgundy somehow encompasses all the noble growths. There's some Rhone burliness, plenty of Bordeaux-reminiscent structure, and unmistakeable Côte d'Or aroma nose-candy, with the minerality we equate with the Loire or Alsace.
