An hour in the funk dials down to a more spicy, black pepper quality. Mid palate fruit before rusty, dusty, Brett-y tannins dominate the finish. Tremendous with duck confit appetizer and hangar steak entree.

Winston isn't here, but thought I'd torment him. Dark ruby and very aromatic of plum. It's young, but balanced and very dark fruit flavorful. Long on the palate.
