Strawberries light orange citrus, cherries, blackberry reduction, watermelon right on the rind, edgy, grainy chalkiness, grey volcanics. spot of saline/sea spray, baguette crust, pink rose pedals & flowers. The acidity is soft & splendid. Excellent finish that is well balanced, has nice tension, smartly polished & persists nicely for minutes.
