tannins are melted but the wine is still primary on the fruit side. I don't think this will get better than now but it does make a great wine to sip without food.

Long to open: double decanted and after two hours, began to show deep cassis and well integrated tannins. Long finish and a wonderful accompaniment to Christmas dinner.
