Has a lot of time left. Quite surprised how much body and Intensity it has. Very nice. Spicy, bell peppers and some baking spices with time. Big and bold. Dark.

Drank in pairs, this one with the 05. One of the crowd pleasers I had it at third best. Darker fruits, some sweetness, the cab franc comes through, fuller than the 05.

This was my favorite of the two wines last night, probably because of its age. Was more interesting and balanced, with a great mix of silky tannin, fruit (but not jammy), and earthy. A great wine.
