Quite tasty and improved over 4 days which cant be said for wines made this naturally. Carignan isnt the sexiest grape, but shows a decent amount of complexity here. Strong medicinal dark fruits fruit though not in a bretty way- earth, black pepper, baking spices, medium tannin medium acid. A well executed wine for drinking.
