Complex Willamette PN. Great blend of Old World and New. Plenty of earthy/mushroom forest floor that gives depth and heft, but it’s balanced by bright cherry and cola notes. Some vanilla sweetness in there too. Excellent with pan fried salmon and wild rice. This one will be worth revisiting.
