Stunning clear bottle with lovely lemon tinge to the wine. Pretty flash inside too with a delightful fresh palate of white peach, topped off by a beautiful lingering finish - love it!

Beautiful traditional champagne with majority Pinot Noir. Bought probably 15 years ago. Not a lot of bubbles left but what a tasty complex wine on the nose and palate. Opened 11/9/20 first chance to celebrate after good news. Yeasty ripe apples earthy notes and long finish with a good sense of weight yet with lift. Yummy.

Crisp, clean finish. A little flimsy mid-palate, great otherwise. Medium+ acidity, doesn’t reveal its dosage too much.

What a fantastic BdB ✨ 100% Chardonnay, 60% of which is sourced from Aÿ, and the other 40% coming from renowned Côte des Blancs plots like Avize, Cramant, and Oger. Such suave complexity and depth with a great mouthfeel. Bruised and smoked pear, citrus fruit medley, anise, chalky minerals.

Fine bubbles in beautiful antique Waterford crystal that’s been in the family. Crisp apple, apricot, pear.
