2010, Chateau Les Grands Marechaux, Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux. 100% Merlot in 2010. This is not a Cru Bourgeois! I expected more from this wine. Thin and one dimensional. A little fruit, a little cedar; not much else. There are better 2010 Bordeaux out there for the same price.

Very, very dry and austere, fairly bitter. This was crying for a minimal touch of RS. On day two it opened up significantly.
