Incredible lively bubble, fruit has fallen a little but still nice pear, lemon, melon taste. Slight toffee. Smells like delicious cheese.

Lean and acidic, slight hints of bruised apple. Lost all of the brioche characteristics from a bottle tasted around a year ago.

Still lively. All the components I like in an older bubbly - some underlying fruit but also a richness provided by secondary notes of roasted nuts, butter, and toffee. Wonderful!
