90% Inzolia grape, organic farming. Vineyards located 350 meters above sea level, hand harvest, softly pressed and fermented in low temp for 15 days, aged in stainless steel tank in its less for couple months, then goes into bottle for another couple months before releasing. Yellow with hint of green hue, jasmine with some yellow flower note, citrus with some yellow stone fruit and pineapple aftertaste.
