Very aromatic--perfumed almost, low acid, nicely textured blanc de noir. That color! Looks pale peach or blush roses of an 80s wedding~~similar to its fruity n floral nose.

Had let this sit a good long while. Changed a fair bit. Came off now as a bit more syrupy, almost like honey wine. Delicious, but less delicate than earlier in its life.
