Old world styled nose, new world palate...half way between the two on structure. Raspberries, pomegranates, bell pepper, sweet pipe tobacco, peppercorns...it all settles down so nicely and becomes an easy drinking Santa B Cab Franc.

Served chilled kept the fruits of raspberry and pomegranate bright, clean and fresh. Great acidity, but silky smooth on my tongue.
